Minxe is currently operating as a private beta platform for testing purposes only. It is not yet a fully commercial service and access is limited to invited testers. By using the platform during this period, you acknowledge that it is provided on an "as is" basis, that features and policies may change before public launch, and that Minxe is not yet a registered company. These terms will be updated prior to public launch.

- You are authorised to submit requests on behalf of your company.
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Minxe reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in breach of these acceptable use conditions, without notice.
4. Procurement Requests
When you submit a procurement request, Minxe will match your request with suppliers in our network based on postcode area and material type. By submitting a request, you consent to your contact details (email address and phone number) being shared with matched suppliers for the purpose of obtaining quotes.

7. Data & Privacy
Minxe collects and processes personal data including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company information in order to provide the platform service. By using Minxe, you consent to this processing. Your data is stored on servers in Ireland (EU).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Contact details submitted with procurement requests are shared only with matched suppliers for the purpose of fulfilling that specific request. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
Minxe is a technology intermediary and is not liable for the quality, pricing, availability, or delivery of any materials procured through introductions made on the platform. All contracts for the supply of materials are directly between the contractor and the supplier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minxe's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed £100. This limit applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Minxe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

10. Force Majeure
Minxe shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power failures, internet outages, third-party service failures, or government actions.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, particularly as the platform moves from beta to public launch. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of any material changes by email.
